17 y.o. male with back pain

Dear colleagues, please take a look at the case of 17 y.o. male with back pain. There was no acute trauma, although he occasionally plays tennis (not professionally). I see some subtle T2 signals in the subchondral sacrum and iliaс bones bilaterally. And joint space narrowings at facet joints of the lumbar spine, especially at L3-L4 and L4-L5 levels. Are these changes enough to give a seronegative spondyloarthritis in your opinion?
The images are included in the attached ppt-file. Plese scroll to see all consequent images.
Sincerely,
Rustam
