Following on recent disussions regarding using T2 Dixon images in assessing
marrow abnormalities, does anyone have a reccommended WB-MRI protocol
incorporating T2 Dixon images and excluding T1 images.
MY-RADS I see does not incorporate T2 Dixon sequences but does recommend T1
Dixon (water and fat to calculate FF maps)
I find WB-MRI in Multiple myeloma very daunting and would appreciate your
assistance and guidance in implementing this in our practice. Tips and
pearls and any do’s and don’t’s would be welcome
