One thought I should consider notochordal rest vs chordoma.
Another suggested notochordal rest.
One believed this was not a notochordal rest, and that hibernoma was most likely.
One believed liposarcoma should be considered.
Not exactly a strong consensus. In any case, I reported this as a nonaggressive lesion so we will probably never have the answer.
