Happy Friday all,
Any thoughts on this shoulder? This is a 40 year old male with Fabry’s disease and chronic kidney disease who presented for shoulder pain. He has a clinical history of adhesive capsulitis and MRI to match, but there are also bone lesions in the humeral neck and coracoid base – each with somewhat different signal characteristics. The humeral neck lesion is clearly hot on bone scan; the coracoid lesion questionably so. The humeral neck lesion is sclerotic on radiograph and was present on chest radiographs from 2014 but not 2005.
Appreciate any and all help.
Thanks,
Joe Zerr
