Case from St. Elsewhere sent for review
25 y/o with headache for 4 years.
I’m thinking chondroid lesion, hemangioma, fibrous dysplasia, …..
Ct may show cortical break through anteriorly; needs to see a skull base surgeon; my concern is low grade condrosarc.
