you in an endemic area? Slow bleed chronic hematoma also comes to mind
which would enlarge slowly and give the fluid/fluid appearance. Just a
couple of conditions not to forget when planning next step.
4. she has bleed into the muscle and there is a mass-like component.
She needs drainage and biopsy.
5. suspicious enhancing nodule with multi cystic layering probable
hemorrhageāhemorrhagic tumor?
6. Vascular lesion, consider maybe arteriovenous malformation or
pseudoaneurism
