I have received several very similar responses. All agree that this
probably will be an aggressive vertebral Hemangioma. Mark Murphey and
Alessandro Rossi mentioned that a more aggressive lesion should be included
in the differential diagnosis (like hemangioblastoma/angiosarcoma) which
can arise in a lower grade vascular lesion.
