Hello all,
most of you agreed that the most likely diagnosis is "GCT of the tendon sheath". In a fitting clinical scenario some less likely differentials were mentioned:
– synovial haemangioma (1x)
– RA (1x)
– Gout (2x)
– Psoriasis tenosynovitis (1x)
– atypical infection (especially mycobacterial) (2x)
– soft tissue sarcoma (1x)
– nodular synovitis (1x)
