Soft tissue tumor heel_MRI_Xray_Please help

Dear All,

Here is the feedback I got:

– i think i would lead with soft tissue chondroma … but would want sample

– Any hx of ESRD? Tumoral calcinosis?

– just dystrophic calcification from prior treatments

– Fat pad necrosis with subsequent calcification sort of like that case
Hillary sent would be in the DDX
