Here are the responses from members of OCAD-MSK.

1. Chondroblastoma, osteoid osteoma or LCH
2. Periosteal osteoid osteoma???

3. Still crystal deposit, such as Gout
– Dual Energy CT may be up to 20% of false-negative
4. inflammatory arthritis

5. Don’t know the answer, agree with US aspiration for further assessment

I didn’t think of tumorous conditions, but good differential diagnoses!
