sinus tarsi synd
enthesophytes at dorsal TN lig/ fibula, etc

But normal PTT and no coalition- not even insertional tendinopathy in this case

Have you seen it?

Also notice a large fluid filled blister around ankle on axial images- have you seen that kind before?
