Pls help – Sclerotic bone lesion at maxillar sinus (CT, MR)

Hi there everyone!

I need your help with this incidental finding please.
CT imaging after trauma.
MR 3 years previous shows the same finding.
Sclerotic bone lesion with no change in size these 3 years.

Fibrous dysplasia? Chondromyxoid fibroma?

    It’s a special type of osteoma. Sinus osteoma. I remember an osteopathologist (Dr. Werner, Berlin, Germany) explaining some of the special features under the microscope but it belong in the group of osteomas.
