In my experience, not in your case, the lines are usually most prominent in the patella when compared with the femur and tibia…


This is completely incidental in someone for Hip MakoPlasty pre op CT….no such changes at the hip. The Sag is most striking.
I’ve put arrows and masked what I’m seeing so you can hallucinate along with me.
I feel like we’ve seen this before ….. just can’t remember what we called it. Do you?
