please help! diffused lesion on spine and pelvis and ribs and sternum

Dear Ocaders,

56yrs male, weakness in limbs for 3 months, no bone pain, history of hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis. All aboratory results associated with myeloma is normal. No primary tumor history. Diffuse lytic bone destruction with/without central sclerotic change  in spine, pelvis and ribs and sternum. Most of lesions was dark on T1 and T2WI and has a rim of high singal of FS T2. Some lesions show increased uptake on PET-CT. I am confused. Should I consider it as Angiosarcoma or angiomatosis based on CT appearance? But I don’t know how to explain the MRI appearance. Thanks!

Best regards,
Xianjing
