Notice..
– how they extend as multiple lobules- not unusual as its fibromatosis usually
– more seen on contrast than t2 or t1
– margins best on opp phase imaging
– highly perfused are v painful
– adc is low 1.2 as is dwi signal
– extension “into” the facial cord up and down- usually central cord of plantar fascia supports their post traumatic etiology!
