    Folks were asking abt indication and dose

    Its for perineal pain. The injections go in that order
    pudendal inj 1st- if residual symptoms or longer response desired-
    then pulsed rfa of pudendal-42C for 2 min
    if partial response and persistent perineal pain then pfcn perineal br injection or continuous RFA-
    80C-60-90sec

    Needle 22G
    Device- neurotherm
