Paraspinal Neurogenic Tumour

Dear all

Appeal to any interventional radiologists.

The attached case is a personal friend of mine.

She presented with a large right paraspinal mass at T5 level in 2015 which
was surgically excised except for very small residual focus of tumour in the
right T5 transverse process

Surgery was complicated by development of a remote cerebellar haemorrhage
which resolved without any permanent sequelae.

The residual tumour has doubled in size in a period of 2 years and 8 months.

Would anyone be willing to perhaps discuss/advise telephonically the options
of image guided percutaneous RF ablation?

She is naturally reluctant to consider surgical approach at this stage.

Thanks in advance

Kind regards

Colin
