? Pagets

Hi everyone,

Would appreciate your thoughts and expertise in this case.

81 yo male. Referred by left hip pain and isolated raised Alkaline
phosphotase. No parahyroid adenoma. Bone scan said possible pagets in the
spine and pelvis. Someone suggested MRI to exclude Pagets of the pelvis
and left femur. No XR of the femurs or spine!!
