A 10-year-old male with incidental bony lesion at anterior aspect of the
right distal femur
cortical desmoid?
apophysitis like Osgood Schlatter disease?
Do you have any experience at anterior distal femur ?

This is a sessile osteochondroma of the anterior supracondylar femur.
DDx. Sessile osteochondroma or normal cortical irregularities
F/U after several months
