Dislocation in December Snowboarding. Second dislocation in January Surfing. Not many places on the planet where you can do both.
Nice demonstration of a bankart lesion on the axials and coronals. Acute Hill Sachs deformities (did you know that the impaction fracture was named for the two American radiologists who first described the injury in 1940: Harold Hill and Maurice Sachs). No glenoid bone loss. Associated probably acute SLAP lesion seen on the coronals.
The bipolar (Bankart and Hill Sachs) lesions were determined to be on track with the hill sachs interval measuring less than the glenoid track. If you are unfamiliar with these terms and concept, check out:
