Dear colleagues,
these are the answers I got so far:
· NF2
· Intramuscular myxoma
· Myxoma, St-rads2
· It could be an intramuscular hydatid cyst.
Very similar with images from this article:

· I don’t like how low it is on T1. I’m favoring sarcoma.
· Could it be a hydatid cyst?
· I would vote for a slow flow vascular malformation.
· Looks benign.
Adjacent vessel ?AVM but cystic areas unusual.
Hemangioma possible although no fat.
Shape suggests neurofibroma but cysts not typical.
My first diagnosis is IPEH
