OCAD Stress / arthrosis / arthritis ¦ foot companion case (MRI)

Hi all,

this is the "companion foot" to the (left) one I posted last week, with the bone marrow edema and contrast enhancement at the tarsometatarsal joints.

We scanned the right foot in the meantime and it shows even more pronounced bone marrow and soft tissue edema in the same region, with marked contrast uptake. Similar pattern but more pronounced than at the left foot I posted before.

The few opinions I got about the left foot favored DJD ("arthrosis") with synovitis in the possible setting of mechanical stress. What do you think of the right foot?

Cheers,
Andrei
