M22, reports trauma at the forefoot involving the 5th toe about 5 years ago. Xrayed back then, ruled out fx, no further imaging. Subsequently noticed slightly painful mass at the 5th toe. Imaged again now (xray, MRI) to r/o malignancy and in view of a planned excision. The lesion hasn’t significantly grown since. Xrays unchanged. Refused contrast for MRI. I’m posting xrays and n/c scans (attached).
I’m thinking vascular or lymphatic malformation / old hematoma / PVNS.
What is your impression?
