OCAD Pls help with cystic lesions at arm and hip (MRI)

M80 imaged for pain at left shoulder and left hip.

MRI shows massive OA at both joints, and also lobulated cystic lesions at the left upper arm and at the prox. hip adductor muscles.

At least at the upper arm there is a narrow, neck-like communication btw cyst and joint; possibly at the hip as well.

I’m attaching STIR and contrast scans. DWI/ADC showed no diffusion restriction.

Any ideas? Maybe just large ganglion cysts originating at the joints, in the setting of DJD?
