Hi all,
this is a 17 year old patient with clinically plica syndrome, the orthopod
is quite firm on this.
On MRI there is a mediopatellar plica, but it doesn’t strike me as
particularly prominent. What do you think?
Should I inject some saline and do another MRI, to better see the plica?
(If so, how much saline?)
