(OCAD) please help: ligament tears on wrist MRI

Hi all,

hope you had good start this week 🙂

I need some help with this case please. Young male, fall on the
outstretched hand a few weeks ago.

The first pic (“HG SL”) shows a displaced ligament tear, but I’m not sure
if it’s the volar SL lig or part of the volar radiolunate lig which also
lives in the vicinity.

The second screenshot (“HG TFCC”) shows a tiny discontinuity at (what I
think is) either the ulnoapical TFCC attachment, or the attachment of the
ulnotriquetral lig to the volar radioulnar lig.

I marked the suspected lesion with arrows in PACS, but now I see that these
are tiny and barely visible on the screenshots.
But you’ll know what I mean 😉

So…. what do you think?

Cheers,
Andrei
