Everyone agreed that it´s a pathologic fracture at the site of an underlying bone lesion.
Concerning this lesion, a sizable majority is in favour of FD.
I will try to follow the case and post some f/u.

is this supposed to be an "Aunt Minnie"?
I’m thinking osteoid osteoma in this young patient imaged for right hip pain…. enchondroma / NOF look different in my experience.
What is your impression?
