please help with this one.
50 year old female with persistent pain at the 2nd mtp joint.
MRI shows arthritis with acute inflammation, b.m. edema, effusion and a chronically flattened mt head consistent with xrays 1 year prior (not shown here).
I wonder, is this secondary to Kohler-Freiberg or some chronic arthritis e.g. psoriatic, RA etc. What is your impression?
