(OCAD) LBT lesion at MR arthrography – traumatic or iatrogenic?

MR arthrography of a 23 y.o. male with persistent shoulder pain after MVA 3
months ago.

There are signal alterations of the proximal LBT as well as fuzzy changes
at the pulley.

Could these be caused by needle placement and injection (anterior approach)
at this level?

Or post-traumatic? What is your impression?
