It is probably the situation that the flap has gone back into a place. But on the current scan a vertical tear is still visible, so the fragment could displace again. Given that I will be hesitant to call it resolution. Cheers,Kamil.
Never seen it before. Very cool. I wonder if it is still an unstable tear that can change position from displaced to nondisplaced. Mohammed Nawas.
Hillary sent a similar case presented in Savannah 23 (attached). The bucket fragment relocated, but this is a complex tear that isn’t confined to the red-red zone. I think it will still need to be derided, don’t you? Hillary.
I would say it has just flipped back but still unstable . We usually see it the other way round tear then -instability. Dr Dimitri Amiras.
There seems to be a consensus that this patient needs treatment!
