Atul Taneja answered: “It can be related to pes planus (navicular bone
changes are usually seen concurrently). Some other differentials would be:
prominent ínfero-lateral pole (anatomic variant) and Mueller Weiss syndrome
(check on axials)”.
Joel Rubinstein said: “ For elongated medial process of navicular I used
the term “cornuate configuration” since they’re more likely to have
symptoms with shoes and sometimes PTT issues”
