MSK Scoring systems

Atul, thanks for sharing these…..because I have never seen these systems
outside of this forum.

I’m asking out of curiosity.
While it’s interesting to know about the scoring systems a few people use
with seemingly increasing frequency to characterize findings in studies
posted to *this forum*, I wonder how widely these scoring systems are used
in actual practice.
I’m particularly curious about the tumor scoring system….since,
anecdotally, I have never seen it reported outside of this forum.

I wonder what those of you who are in the business of tumor imaging do in
actual practice.
Do you use This scoring system?
Some other system?
Do you just describe the findings without a scoring system?

I can imagine that assigning a score can potentially aid in some sort of AI
down the line.
Speaking for myself….I do love using actual words….they are so
descriptive and I’ve been using them my whole life.

Thoughts?

Hilary
