This seems like a subcutaneous lesion with peripheral enhancement and diffusion restriction.
It made me think of some sort of a complex epidermal cyst (ultrasound may be helpful to clarify).
Other differentials I thought of were superficial fibromatoses or pilomatrixioma, although diffusion restriction would be unusual.

– epidermoid inculsion cyst
– subcutaneous lesion e.g. complex epidermal cyst
– skin appendage lesion (epidermoid cyst)
