Hi dear OCADERS,
I keep seeing this pattern of BME subchondral area posterolateral femural condyle, in the area of capsular insertion. Sometimes I see some cartilage erosions there, but not this time.
Is there a pattern of contusion that I am not aware? (he did indeed had a trauma couple of days before, but orthopedist suspected ACL -not confirmed by MRI)
No other significant ligamentous or meniscus trauma.
