Moderate to severe left C6 radiculopathy with downstream upper trunk, posterior cord, left axillary and radial neuropathies. Denervation changes of the left deltoid, teres minor, teres major and right teres minor muscle.
Bilateral rotator cuff tendinopathy with partial tears. Bilateral SLAP tears.

NS-RADS: Nerve: E3 – Severe entrapment, Muscle: M3 – Partial or complete fatty replacement and moderate to severe atrophy, especially of the left teres muscles
