Hi there !!!
I followed this case I submitted earlier.
The final pathological diagnosis was grade 2 chondrosarcoma.
Kind regards.
Andre
Thanks to everyone who responded.
The vast majority confirm chondral matrix lesion and the possibilities in order of preference were:
1- CMF – chondromyxoid fibroma.
2- Enchondroma.
3- Clear cell chondrosarcoma.
I will follow this case and bring the final diagnosis here.
Kind regards.
André
Hello ocaders.
Help with this case please.
Male 29y, knee pain.
I think it could be chondromyxoid fibroma because of little mineralization of the matrix.
The relationship with the anterior cortex of the distal femur is interesting. Just inflated or a chondral lesion infiltrating the cortex? If true, would it change the diagnosis to a more aggressive lesion?
XR, CT and MRI (T1, T2, gradient, PD fat-sat, T1 pos-gd, DWI, ADC.
King regards.
