Thank you for your replies. I have reported as no aggressive characteristics.
I thought it odd that it followed marrow signal on all sequences and did not look like the intraosseous lipomas I usually see. If intracortical, I would have expected to see some cortex on the back margin of the abnormality but perhaps too thin to see.
In the future, I will try to keep the use of "ALL CAPS" to a minimum!
