After 2 fun, successful meetings in 2019 and 2022 we have secured a meeting
room the day before SSR at the venue site.
We will be holding our 3rd Live event!
Time: 10AM-5PM (ish) (lunch will be served)
Location: Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa (same venue as SSR)
Registration is limited to 50 attendees.
(we are already 50% filled)
This is different from your typical meetings. This is a non-hierarchical
meeting where all attendees have an equal voice…and (ideally) everyone is
actively engaged. The content is programmed and provided by the
attendees. It is an informal, relaxed, collegial atmosphere….with a
focus on fun, education and community.
We had a first informal planning meeting on site at RSNA today…that
yielded some exciting, fresh and fun new ideas for 2023!
We are going to start the actual meeting planning as a group right after
the New Year…inviting everyone who is registered to get involved.
Register early and join us in planning the meeting….it’s just more fun
that way.
Registration is $125 *
We are going bare bones to save fees on a registration app….
In order to not over-register, this is how it will work:

You will receive a link to payment, using either Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.
Registration fee is $125*, and payment confirmation is confirmation
of registration.
See the attached Program from OCAD Live 2022!, understanding
that OCAD Live 2023! will be somewhat different.
* Regisration fees will be refundable (less processing fee) until January 1
Hotel Room Reservations are available (including Friday March 10th) at the
SSR negotiated meeting rate of $269 / night
If we exceed the Friday room bloc, let us know and it will be expanded
