Interesting findings on shoulder MRI

Stuff you see all the time but what to make of it?

lesion in scapula- see how opp phase helps and no more f/up needed

Also see how adhesive capsulitis can go around the shoulder synovium

Won’t bore you with description of cuff and subscap tears and SLAP II patient has like everyone else.

IMPRESSION: Findings of extensive adhesive capsulitis.
Benign-appearing lesion of the left scapula at the base of the acromion consistent with a hemangioma

RECOMMENDATIONS: OT-RADS: II. Definitely benign osseous tumor. Any additional imaging is at the discretion of the clinical team.

Best!
