15 y/o knee pain after soccer injury; Patellar dislocation. Xray done for same.
I read it out as a sessile osteochondroma with cap/continuous with marrow space/ no aggressive features.
To paraphrase Phil Tirman, " It sees me, but I may not have seen it."
Don’t remember seeing a layered or laminated appearance of the marrow space as seen on the Sag images before.. just lucky/ way images are obtained???? I don’t think there’s any significance of same, but would love to hear any contrarian thoughts…
