Incidental chondroid lesion humeral neck 37F MRI. Please Help.

Correction, that’s the posterior supraspinatus, not the infraspinatus in the last image

I know I have shared similar cases in the past and I was told that these were non-aggressive subcortical enchondromas….I thought someone (Don?) said there was a publication, but I cannot find it.In the last image there is infraspinatus tendinosis and she has mild bursitis to explain her pain.
How can I tell if there is or is not deep endosteal scalloping here (looks deep to me in the Ax and Sag plane)?
Do I just report this as enchondroma?
Do I recommend follow up or CT? It measures approx 1 x 0.7 x 1.2 cm

Thanks, Hilary
