Patients come for pelvic pain -r/o pudendal neuralgia
I end up diagnosing lymphoma/prostate cancer with perineural mets, etc.
This one is perineural mets from bladder cancer to left s2-4 nerves, left s1 upstream neuropathy without met, and downstream left sciatic, pudendal and gf neuropathies. Also note pelvic side wall small met eroding the bone (restricted on adc- not shown)
