Hi,
42 y/o.
Prior history: left shoulder pain 6 months, no acute trauma, two injections unhelpful.
MRI 5/2020
CT now
Can you make sense of this?
Filling or remodelling of a subchondral pseudocyst? I barely see it on CT.

wouldn’t you expect surrounding edema in a chondroblastoma, and a bit old?

Thank you to everyone who replied, here are the results:
1x traction cyst
3x enchondroma
1x chondroblastoma
1x fibro-osseous lesion
I think the CT features don’t fit enchondroma or any cyst very well. If we assume there is fine disperse internal matrix, I would probably favour chondroblastoma (Phil) or due to the metaphyseal location chondromyxoidfibroma.
I recommended FU in 6-12 month.
