ROI over the mid septal part shows no real enhancement
Hi,
I think it is nodular fasciiitis. The signal intensity depends on the
myxoid, collagenous or high cellularity. Components
Highly collagenous can be hypointense on all pulse sequences. The
enhancement is typically diffuse but it can be peripheral.
Other differential such as desmoid can be indolent or aggressive.
Thanks
