Please help me with an opinon on this case
81years old man
Six weeks ago, this patient had an MRI showing some area of bone reserbtion
near inferior vertebral plateau with no proper fracture seen. Interpreted
as necrosis.
Six weeks later I performed this MRI and I want to ask you if you think
this is the proper evolution of the necrosis or coould be something else.
No DWI restriction, no contrast intake inside and I suspected that on CT I
will surely see ostecondensation, but surprise to me, no osteocondensation
at all (it is too early maybe?)
Constant pain since 6 weeks ago.
No sign of infection (blood tests)
