Focal mild uptake on right humerus head
Do you think it is bone metastasis?
or benign entities such as subcortical cystic change with marrow edema
related to SSP/ISP tendinopathy ?
If bone metastasis, first, then, how about the distal clavicle and
acromion around the AC joint?
– AC arthrosis related change or also metastasis? less likely..
In daily practice, sometimes so confusing..
