59 yrs old lady. Injury to the tip of distal phalanx of middle finger 2
months back. At present pain, purulent discharge and swelling. Posting
plain x rays, CT, pre and post contrast MRI.
How do I describe this calcification? ??Dystrophic, Nora’s
