Happy Friday.

Growing lesion, between 2016 and 2022. Doubled in size in 6 years.
Not sure what to make of it. Doesn’t look like cartilage although difficult to say with certainty.
Anyone seen an ABC from its birth?

Quiet group today for a friday.
To me, it is a classic cartilage rest- near physial scar- when they are more than 1cm- I call them enchondroma
I bet ADC will be more than 2.0 if you did DWI
OT-RADS II- leave alone
I don’t call ABC short of fluid-fluid levels or expansion- patient is also too old for primary ABC.
Happy weekend all- party hard!
