Thanks for the answers. Ocaders thought of enchondroma or FAI with exuberant hernation pit.
Today I had time to study this case. Given the evolution, my guess is that it could be a “pre” compressive fracture alteration. Edema follows the compressive force lines of the femur. I attached the Arendt classification of stress fractures and the original article, as well as a figure of the force lines. Maybe I should suggest DXA for this patient, I´m open to new considerations.
