Just a few comments about terminology. In the English language, “peri”
means around and “para” means next to. So your choices are bursitis or
paratendinitis or parabursitis.
So I will let you and others argue about which term is best in this case.
But peritendinitis is not the correct choice if you want to be compatible
with the English dictionary, which I favor .

use bursitis- better term
peritendinitis is more for tendons without a bursa or sheath around eg
distal achilles, distal ptt, hamstring origin etc
